Usage of cookies

When using the website or the Good Sheet application, we may automatically collect data such as the user's IP address, domain name, browser type etc. through cookies or other similar mechanisms.

What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files placed by the server on the device running the browser (e.g. computer, tablet, phone). The information contained in the cookie file may include an identifier (cookie ID) that allows the recognition of the device and content including data such as, for example, login information or information about visited websites. The browser sends information from cookies to the server each time a new query is made while visiting the website. Managing cookies is possible via your browser settings. Personal data collected using cookies may only be collected to perform specific functions on your behalf. Such data is encrypted in a way that prevents access by unauthorized persons.

Purpose of the use of cookies

Some of the cookies we use ensure the website works properly or make it easier to use. By placing functional cookies, we make it easier for you to visit the site so that you do not have to enter the same information repeatedly.

We also use analytical cookies to optimize your use of the website and the Good Sheet application. These analytical cookies give us insight into how you interact with the website and application. Analytic cookies

Google Analytics (cookie administrator: Google LLC) - We collect and analyze statistics on the measurement of your behavior on the website and the Good Sheet application, in particular the number of visits to the website and the time it is displayed on your device.

Google Optimize and Google Tag Manager (cookie administrator: Google LLC) - We direct part of the traffic to the original version and the other part to the test version of our website. You are not aware of the test as different versions of the site launch randomly. During the test, we measure the conversion rate for both versions, and after its completion, we get the results that allow us to decide to change the page layout, ordering process or graphic design to the version that achieves better results.

Hotjar (cookie administrator: Hotjar Ltd.) - we collect data about your interactions on the website, e.g., where you click, scroll with the mouse, navigate between pages and use them to create a visual representation of the experience. We obtain this information without tracking IP / MAC addresses - that is, elements related to the device used.
